Dr. Hashmi is the kindest , sweetest and most caring Doctor !! He helped me get my earrings out and they were stuck and didn’t even go in for that , I went in for a check up . He’s a life saver ! His staff are the kindest and very helpful also . They’re the best ! They make you feel like you’re at home with them !

I had the most detailed physical exam. Provider Cynthia was extremely thorough and spent quality time addressing any concerns and asking detailed questions in order to cover any health issues. My EKG and urinalysis as part of my annual physical were done onsite and results immediately available. Labs were also done onsite and next appointment scheduled to review labs. I'm very impressed with True Care Physicians, including the office intake staff!! This was my second visit as I was searching for a new PCP. I feel my healthcare is in good hands. I'm very pleased with their services.

It was a fantastic experience. My companion was struggling with some days-long extreme nausea and vomiting. We were greeted kindly, seen quickly, And treated with extreme consideration once we got back to the actual room they put you in. The doctor came in explained a treatment plan. They even stayed late in order to complete an IV because my companion was so deeply dehydrated. Absolutely wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 would come here again!

This place is such a blessing. Never felt more cared for. The entire staff, nurses, and Doctor had the best bed side manners. I can’t thank them enough for fitting me in at the end of the day and giving me the treatment I needed for such an affordable cost!

I had a few great experiences with urgent care’s, and this place was one of them. The staff was incredibly friendly and did the best they could to get me in to be seen. The waiting room and the patient rooms were incredibly clean as well. Dr. Stephanie was amazing and covered all the basis. I’ll be back to this urgent care for sure.

I have been a patient here for about 3 years. I love the staff from the front desk to the Doctors. Everyone is very thorough and provides excellent customer service. I came here only looking to get a physical for a surgery clearance years ago but stayed and chose this location as my primary care provider.

Dr. Hashmi and his staff were great! I walked in and was seen immediately. The nurses were attentive and very sweet. When the doctor came in he was warm and explained things well. I would definitely recommend this location again and again. I’ll definitely return

They were absolutely amazing. Every single person I interacted with was patient, kind, and genuinely caring, which made such a difference when you’re not feeling well. I tested positive for the flu and they treated me with so much compassion and respect throughout the entire visit.
Paying out of pocket was very fair and transparent, which I truly appreciated. I would 100% recommend True Care to anyone- especially if you’re nervous about cost or just want to be treated like a human being. Please support these kind people, they really care.

I had such an excellent experience with Dr. Hashmi. He was incredibly attentive, thorough, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find a doctor who shows this much care and patience. The staff was also friendly and professional, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I left feeling confident about my care plan and very grateful to have him as my primary physician. Highly recommend!

I just had my first visit due to extreme back pain. They were able to see me right away and provided excellent care & attention during. I even started feeling better before leaving the office. The front desk, nurse and nurse practitioner were all fantastic! 10/10

After finally giving up my last Doctor that me and my Family great service after so many years, I had to give them up and find a new Doctor due to change in staff (and decline in quality). I looked up True Care and decided to try them. They are EVERY bit as reliable as I had hoped. The staff is warm and comforting and the Doctors are helpful. I finally found a new Doctor I can rely on.
I'm especially grateful on how they saved me from a pretty irritating Ear infection. 😉

Every time I come to True Care clinic, I’m being taken cared of so well. The providers listen to my concern and the overall customer service is great. They take me in so fast when I have appointment and they don’t let us wait too long when I do walk in visit either. Great service overall.

Although the staff appears ro be nice, their record keeping process is very concerning. I was a patient of the previous physician at the location who passed my medical records over to this group. In an attempt to get life insurance, they have been unable to submit my medical records. When I call to follow up on the request, I was told no request has been submitted. My potential insurance company has submitted 3 requests and was told they do not have my records. After physically going to their office, they gave me my records on a flash drive. I am not impressed with the clerical practices of this business so I definitely don't want to experience the medical practices.

This is my primary care, staff in the front is always friendly and I’m able to get an appointment easily. However, my 2 star review is based off of my physical. I had many concerns and when brought to the Doctors attention he told me, “you are so different” - not once, but 4 times. I left feeling very unheard and confused and now I have to go through another physical with a different doctor. I will not be returning.

This is a clean and comfortable office. The NP's are very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was cared for. The front office staff are friendly and they run a smooth operation with respect and positivity. I have been coming here for 3 and I shall continue.🥰👍🏽

Awesome staff that goes above and beyond. Made my senior mom feel right at home. I also needed some meds for a sinus infection was able to be seen same day . Anything I need they always listen to me and take care of their patients. Best doctors and staff very happy to be a regular patient here and now my 4yr old comes and my 70yr old mom.

Awesome care!!! There was no long wait. The staff was friendly and patient. Dr. H has a wonderful bedside manor. He listened, examined, and diagnosed me with professional knowledge and with care. He was not pushy or forceful with unnecessary treatment or medications. I am happy to see him for my follow up.

Dr. H is a wonderful doctor. Very understanding and patient. Our 4 year old daughter has a fear of doctors and hasn’t had good experiences with them. She’s autistic and most doctors are rough with her. He explains things very well and she said she likes him as a doctor. She can’t wait to go back. He has an amazing staff very friendly and helpful.
